“ Revised Statutes 29:401-425 relative to navy and veterans affairs provide for employers compensation, depart standing, retirement credit score, life, health and accident insurance coverage coverage, re-employment rights upon release from navy service, prohibits against tutorial penalties, deferral of state revenue taxes, validation of skilled and occupational licenses, and safety of any vacancy in workplace held by an Elected or Appointed Official, for citizens of Louisiana referred to as to navy service in the reserve parts of the Armed Forces of the United States. ”
